Assembled from taped cardboard, patched fragments of newspaper, and improvised relief, the sculpture resembles an improvised defence mechanism suspended between protection and paranoia. Part shield, part warning device, the work reflects vigilance as an common psychological condition embedded within contemporary domestic environment.
